Welcome to Willow Well. By using our website, services, and products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Services

Willow Well provides energy healing services, coaching, Reiki consultations, spiritual education, and access to wellness products including phototherapy patches. Services are for informational, educational, entertainment, and spiritual growth purposes only and do not replace licensed medical advice or treatment.

2. Booking & Payment

All appointments (reiki, coaching, consultations) must be booked through our website. Full payment is due at the time of booking. Payment confirms your reservation and acceptance of these terms.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Reiki, 1:1 coaching and all other appointments must be cancelled 48 hours or more in advance by emailing [email protected]. Rescheduling is available. Refunds are not available. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact [email protected].

4. Refunds

Digital products, course materials, and completed services are non-refundable. Refunds are not available.

5. Disclaimer

Willow Well does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. We are not licensed medical professionals. Our offerings are holistic, spiritual, and energetic tools for wellness and self-discovery. Use them at your discretion and consult a licensed healthcare provider as needed. All healing journeys are unique and results will vary depending on your current state of health, mental/emotional wellbeing, energy sensitivity, and many other factors. Results can present in many different forms, having an open-mind and willingness to allow your healing to present in the way in which it chooses will assist in positive results. Practitioners can never promise a specific result will occur.

All content on this site, including text, visuals, logos, branding, and course materials is the property of Willow Well and may not be copied, distributed, or used without express written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

Willow Well reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site and services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
