1:1 Sessions: These sessions provide a safe space for client's to heal emotionally, mentally and physically. They are fully customized to the needs of each individual client. One focus is to bring awareness to stagnant emotions, traumas and belief systems that are impacting the subconscious mindset. The subconscious mind is the hub of our life decisions. It is where we process emotions, it's where we store past experiences, as well as learned behaviors. It controls our actions, habits and beliefs.
